- To ensure women with breast cancer are aware and know how to access local services and resources available to them in their area.

- To ensure that the financial needs are met of those women and families who are not in a position to support their treatments.
- To ensure that disadvantaged children, who have lost their mother to breast cancer, will be supported through the Virginia Rigby Scholarship education program.
