FREQUENT QUESTIONS
Some of our most asked questions
Will you tell me which exercises to do?
Yes and no. We will prepare a list of suggested exercises, but you’re free to choose your own. Walking, yoga, cycling, running, stretching — as long as you’re moving every day, it counts!
Do I need to move for a certain amount of time each day?
No — the challenge is about consistency, not intensity. Whether it’s 10 minutes or an hour, your movement is meaningful.
Can businesses, schools, and groups get involved?
Absolutely! Move With Meaning is designed for everyone. You can sign up as a workplace, school, sports club, or community group, and take on the challenge together.
How do I raise funds?
Once you register, you’ll get a personal fundraising page to share with family, friends, and colleagues. Encourage them to support you by donating as you move your way through October.
Where does the money go?
All funds raised go directly to Hunder Breast Cancer Foundation to provide practical, local services for families facing breast cancer in the Hunter.
What if I miss a day?
That’s okay! The goal is progress, not perfection. Just get back on track the next day and keep moving forward.
